Asphalt Patching

Asphalt patching is an important part of maintaining an asphalt surface. Small pot holes and loose asphalt quickly leads to big problems. There is a verity of methods to properly repairing or maintaining an asphalt surface. My services are designed to suit your specific situations and tackle even the most complex project. 

Generally our patching services include.

• A detailed map of the parking lot including the areas to be repaired

• Prepping of the area to be repaired with either a milling machine or an asphalt/concrete saw.

• Clearing and disposing of all the debris in and around the repair area.

• Filling with high grade hot asphalt material.

• Compacting with an appropriate sized asphalt roller

• A quick sweep of the entire surrounding area upon completion.
